In and Out Of This World: Marilyn Cochrane

In and Out of This World is a solo exhibition by Niagara-on-the-Lake artist Marilyn Cochrane, on view from August 5 to 31, 2025, at the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre.

Blending scenes of blooming flowers and natural landscapes with imaginative depictions of planets and deep space, the artist’s work invites viewers to reflect on the connection between Earth and the cosmos.

Her vibrant, detail-rich paintings—what she calls “Poetic Realism”—offer a joyful escape and a space for contemplation.

Visitors are invited to meet the artist at the art reception on Sunday, August 17, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
